Quality Policy

Since the very first day of commencement, we pay prime focus on the quality of Legal Services offered by us. and a leading Family Law, Labour Law and personal legal practice focused on business and individuals.

Total committment for providing legal services that consistently meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of clients and that are in line with applicable legal and regulatory standards. Our quality ethos underpins everything we do and how we do it, and provides a framework for achieving the firm’s purposes as set out in the Strategic Business Plan. We will actively work at continually reviewing and updating quality driven objectives, improving our quality standards and implementing these in accordance with procedures and processes which support day-to-day operation of Law business.

The management and staff with us aim to:

  • Adopt a client-focused approach, gaining an understanding of our clients, their businesses and their commercial goals, and operating as a key part of their team of professional advisors;
  • Achieve excellent levels of client satisfaction by delivering legal services effectively, efficiently and economically which are tailored to each client’s specific requirements and expectations;
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, Law Society of NI and other regulatory requirements;
  • Continually increase the legal knowledge, experience and expertise of the MLC team;
  • Monitor and evaluate performance in order to continually improve our services and fulfil our quality objectives.
